System Programming MISSING?!!?

Hi all,

This is my first post, so please bear with me...

For some reason when I go into my Norstar system, and try to go into System Programming, there are no options under it. There used to be, but now they are gone, and I don't know haow to get them back. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

What method are you using to go into programming? and what version is your Norstar?
When you say no options, what is the display showing?

Are you using F**CONFIG-CONFIG or F**ADMIN-ADMIN to get in?

ADMIN won't have system programming.
