System Process running at 100%

Hi,

I upgraded our SAP System which was running on NT4 to Windows 2003. Now whenever we run anything the System Process goes to 100% and any other resources have to complete for Processor time and many reports, etc timeout.

Has anyone else seen the system process take up so much processor time. The Server is an ML570 G2.
