Has anyone went through the process of upgrading Sp 1 to Sp 6.x? Any issues you encountered, did you use the SP upgrade guide, did you do CDOM first or DOM0 first, ... particularly patching 1.x to get to the latest release then upgrading to 6.x and then patching to get to the lateest release.
