System Permission in a folder 1

Hi,
In my app when the user save create in our server one folder(Name of order) and 5 subfolder
(Sales/Eng/Purch/Prod/Acq) .
When App create the subfolder i want apply the permission, simple permission.
(My User Group Sales is Read/Write in the forlder Sales etc.)
What i can apply the permission in a folder from code?

I use VB6 & the folder are in Windows 2000 Server.
