System Octapid not present

This is the message I receive at the console when I start the 8100 switch.

this switch used to work properly but now (after a software change) will not start.

any help

Thanks for the question however after some work looking around the system I had it starting with the wrong flag...

It needed the 8100-mode flag set to true.
