System not booting

Hi friends,
I have a problem with my dell computer. while i try to start my System, it gives a message, Decreasing Memory. I never faced this type of message till now. and it never boots. can any one help me out what exactly the problem is?? is it any problem with CMOS battery??? please help me out huys.

I had something similar when the amount of RAM in the system was reduced. Have you taken out a DIMM or replaced one with another of a lower capacity?

In any case, go into setup and choose Save and exit. All should be fine.
