System name not playing

I have never worked with Modular messaging, was set up when I got here. I had a user come in today saying that when you call to leave a voice mail, it doesn't say his name anymore. I tried mine (I also do not have a personally recorded name, just use the system) and it says "please leave a voice message for (audible click) at the tone...." No name. Trying to Google this issue, but to no avail so far.

Finally figured it out. Had quite a few services that needed manual restarting.
