System Monitor on Opt 61c rls 5.0

When the sys monitors are inserted I get a column red alarm and the ring generators loose power.

When unseated everything is normal.
There are never any power alarms on the terminal.

Anyone have any ideas ?

have you checked the switch settings on your system monitors on each column,always try with the main system monitor in only and test for errors and insert one at time in each column to eliminate which one is causing the issue.

It seems like a problem i had before.
If the system is new please check the ribbon cable in the backplane. i had on a new system the same problem and is a flat cable problem.
