system Monitor not opened on IPO Server Edition 1

I have IPO SE 11.1 built on VMWare.
I have a problem that the system monitor is not working, when trying to open an expansion it's working using the same password.
I try to put in a Monitor password but it did not work, check the service to enter a username and password, but the username box is hidden.
any idea how to solve this ?

Use HTTP or HTTPS as protocol in Sysmon and use the admin credentials

IP Office remote service
IP Office certificate check
CLI based call blocking
SCN fallback over PSTN

 

[IPOTS]

On 11.1.2.4 you have to check DevLink in Security Settings. System>Unsecured Interface>Application Controls.
This will allow access using TCP.
