Hi Guys,
What is the proper procedure for the replacement of both system monitor card and both QSDI card in 61c/81c?

Well, it's not complicated. Disable all the TTY's on the QSDI. Replace the QSDI and the system monitors checking all dip switches, reinstall cards, enable and test. I'm curious why you are doing this though. Troubles or what?

Both SDI and System monitor gone faulty.
How do i disable system monitor? these are replace using the same procedural as SDI card?

You don't actually disable the system monitor you just disable the tty associated with it. Are you replacing a QSDI card or paddle board? Either way to replace the QSDI card or paddle board you have to disable all tty's associated with that card and the light will come on, face plate disable the card and replace. Keep in mind the QSDI, paddle board and system monitor all have dip switches that will need to be replicated with the new hardware.

In one system i need to change the System Monitor card. Should i only disable the associated TTY with System monitor??? for replacing system monitor card???
Can you please post a handwritten sketch of both system monitor connectivity?? or point a document which mention the replacement procedure??

When you disable the tty for the system monitor it disables communication to all of them. Then you can replace them.
