I keep getting PRI210, PRI232 errors acroos the terminal on 3 out of 5 T's and D Channels. Other 2 T's and D channels running fine. Went to Nortel Web solutions and couldn't really understand what they were talking about? Any suggestions?

They were alll installed about 2 months ago at the same time.

check the switch release on the dchannel programming. they are dchannel mismatch errors. Usually not service effecting, but annoying nonetheless.

The switch release ID is **, it is not affecting service. just annoying messages.

I have checked with the local carrier and they monitored the 3 T's for the last 3 days and saw no alarms?
