Object based Menus are not part of the VFP product. Some of the commercial frameworks support this capability, but for one free solution go to click on the Downloads picture on the left and pick Visual FoxPro. Enter "menulib" (without the quotes) in the Title Box, and you'll get back three entries to choose from - dependent on your version of VFP.
