System.mdw with password

I am looking after a VB application that uses a specific system.mdw to hold user names. The administrator has changed in the country in question and they can not set up any new users.<br>

How to I hack into this system.mdw to find out the password for admin

I haven't done it, but you can give it a go:<br>
Delete the old system.mdw file and create a new one - but it means you will have to re-setup the whole permissions structure though... <br>
