System Manager SUM feature

I'm trying to set up software management on my System Manager 6.3.17. I'm able to update the media gateways just fine but when I try to update the TN boards I get the following

"Action: , Result: -Device Upgrade Operation could not be executed : Unable to get SNMP Session for Device"

Has anyone experienced this? I have a ticket open with Avaya but I haven't hear back. I've confirmed mt SNMP settings. I've tried both V1 and V3 and I still get the same error.
