Sys mgr R6.3 patch .14 5103595. Patch info says rollbackable but there is no rollback or uninstall button. Am I missing a step?

Thanks

It is rollbackable, just not by the customer. It rolls back when the upgrade process fails.

Thanks, what about the uninstall? The help says I should see uninstall and rollback buttons.

Rollback would mean you have to re-install and restore the backup. Please be aware that you can only restore backup on the same patch level.

It almost sounds like the patch didn't fully install if there are no rollback nor uninstall buttons. Can you confirm on the SMGR that it indeed does have the correct version after the patch? The rollback will restore the first SMGR virtual hard disk from a snapshot of before the point where the patch was applied. If the patch is rollbackable then that button should be enabled if SP thinks the patch got properly installed.
