System Manager on CPE Vmware enviroment

Hello didn't see an issue like this in searching so hoping someone can help, We are installing sysmgr on our own vmware environment system runs fine on the host we have it installed on but when we try to migrate to another host it fails at 20% then goes back to the primary host. Only way it will move is if its powered off and then and soon as we power back on it moves back to the primary host.

vmware Version 6.0.0 Build 5318172

install sysmgr 7

Do any of the other VMs on this source/target host have this problem?

While there might be an "avaya" answer for this, I'd suspect the virtual environment first. It should be interesting to see why vcenter or the hosts themselves are cancelling this migration.

Do you have reservations in place? Maybe the destination host doesn't have enough resources to support smgr.
