System Manager Mail Queues

On busy periods mail appears to be sat in the system manager queues

System Manager / Administrative Groups / Servers / Server Name / Queues.

I have done research and apparenltly anti virus software can effect this or mail disclaimer software.

Indecently I have just installed Policy Patrol on the mail server.
