Any idea?

Received following event on a IBM Netfinity 5000

System Management Processor alert. Please check the system management processor error log for more information.

Are you running IBM director? If so you can view the error from the management processor assistant. If not, reboot the server and view the event logs within the BIOS. I think you press F1 to see.

I am runnig IBM Director 4.1 but unsure of how to check Management Processor Assistant. Also it is our exchange server which is difficuklt to take down in a hospital enviroment.

Drag and drop the management Processor Assistant management task onto the server, and choose event logs.
