I have an old dual processor IBM server, that i pcked up as surplus for testing. Not sure exactly what it is, but maybe something like a 330. DUal pentium 166, 2 raid drives. I'm just trying to set it up to be useable, I've got NT4 installed, and all the service packs up to date, hitched into the rest of my network and all seems ok.

I went to install Symantec Ghost, cause my software testing, is likely to mess up the registry, and I want to make a safe copy of everything. Got stuck because Ghost needs drivers for the NIC, which is a [Compaq Netelligent Dual 10/100 TX PCI]. I loaded revised drivers for it from Compaq, but they won't install, says it need the latest "system management driver"

I've no idea what this is, whether it's something foe the IBM hardware, for NT server, of the Compaq NIC.
