Question: Trying to add system speed-dials. Can do it fine from the operator station. However when trying to do it from the PC, I can get as far as system maintainence, but then the little black 'menu box' on the PC goes black, as if it's not speaking to the system ?? Function keys don't seem to do anything. Ideas??

system maintainence issue, with the PC terminal

Not sure why you are going into the "maintenance" menu to setup system speed dials. They are entered under system program, start, more, labelling, directory, system - OR - use the GUI interface in WinSPM to set them up.
