System Mailboxes

sorry to squeeze this in again... maybe some of the new guys can help me out.

how do i open other people's internet mailbox in exchange 2000? and what is the use of the system mailbox? can i open it and delete the contents? how do i do it?

I'll get you the article in the morning if I remember. Just search knowledge base for 2000 service account.

Or just give the service account full mailbox access on the mailbox storage group works fine.
