I have a Patner R1 that when I go into admin. all I recieve is an annoucment that says "system is in test mode".I can't get any thing else.What do I do?
I have one location that does this from time to time. They power down, remove and reseat the license card and it works. (For a few months). You need a 2-4-or 6 port card in order for it to work. Also, make sure you have the correct ports assigned to hunt group 7 under #505 in the Partner. It looks at it like a 206 card from the top down, unlike the older Partner Mail VS which were the bottom ports.
