On Friday I uploaded 6 critical windows updates and since then our server 2003 has been experiencing intermittent stability problems hard shutdowns. Has anyone else had a problem since the last updates also how do I locate those updates and figure out what they were. Any suggestions or feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

Go to ADD/Remove Programs and tick the Show Updates box. This should list your sec updates. You can roll them back here too.
When we do updates, we utilize our hotswap mirror for the OS. Pull a drive out, apply the updates and then let it run. If it does freak out then we shutdown, pull the drive out and then put in the pre patch drive and go from there.
If it's okay, then we push the drive back in and go on our way.

Check your event logs too.
