Hi All,

We need to migrate the keycodes from a customer's BCM1000 (2.5) to a new BCM400 (4.0) that they plan to buy from us in a few weeks.

Their former IT guy recently left the company and the new guy hasn't found all the files yet.

We need the System ID in order to check / migrate their keycodes.

I am looking in Unified Manager on an old BCM200 (3.6) that we have for just such an occasion but I cannot find the System ID anywhere.

1. Is the System ID located anywhere in the Unified Manager on either the 1000 (2.5) or the 200 (3.6)?

2. Am I on the right track? Are these two machines similar enough that I would find the System ID in the same place on both so I can walk the new IT guy through the process of finding it on his machine?

Thanks for any help.

OK, maybe I'm missing something...

This is Unified Manager, not Element Manager and these are the only choices:

Configure - System Administration & Management
Wizards - Setup and Management Wizards
Install Clients - Download Desktop Applications
CallPilot - CallPilot Manager
Documentation - Documentation & Product Overview
BRU - Backup Restore Utility
Maintenance - Product Maintenance and Support

I don't see System anywhere nor do I see Keycodes anywhere within any of the seven choices above.
