What I'm trying to do is create a "Choose Folder" dialog much like the CommonDialog box. However, I want it to look like what you see in Windows 2000 where you have the icons in the toolbar and the large buttons/icons down the left side that include "History" "My Documents" "Desktop" and "Favorites"

Is there a newer common dialog box that is update to look like that of Windows 2000? I made my own, but I don't have the icons/pictures to use for the buttons...
