System hangs while sending the Email

Hi,

We have Ntserver4 sp5 with Exchange5.5 sp3, win95 Clients with oulook97. The problem that I am facing is that when a client sends a mail, it will show that mail in the outbox. The client has to restart the machine for sending the mail from his system to the exchange server.

Please help.
