Hi,
When doing an enquiry on CashBook Management --> Transaction enquiry. After choosing the checkbook and dates. The system just runs endlessly. If I choose only one document number to look up, it still runs and tries to pull alot of records for some reason. I have to End Task to get out of Great Plains and stop it from running.
Is this a Great Plains issue or is there a solution to this?
I checked on another company and I can do an enquiry succesfully on it.
Please help.
