I am currently using Sybase database ver. 11 (adaptive server). Whenever a transaction is made, I get prompts like "Process id#", "This transaction has been chosen as a deadlock victim." The system takes a lot of time to finish a transaction. Really need help here pls.

Try posting this to the Sybase: Adaptive (SQL) Server forum.
There are a few guys who really know their stuff over there, and it's got a bit higher activety level that this forum.
