system goes in to chkdsk at every boot

This began a while ago for no apparent reason. Logs indicate nothing was found wrong. It became more and more frequent until it now happens at every boot. Any ideas out there?
 
TRY:
START>RUN then type: sfc /cancel
then restart. Let me know if this helps. James Collins
