Anyone ever issue the "help" command in PDT and cause the TTY port to become unresponsive? The port has been unresponsive for over 3 hours. This is a CPMGS processor and now I also cannot access Linux through Putty or navigate to EM via browser. Phones and CallPilot still seem to work fine, just seems to have locked access.
I only have 1 port to hit remotely so I can't try other ports. I will be going to site tomorrow but wanted to see if this is known to anyone.
