System font

While i was playing game on the pc(win2k server), suddenly the game application stopped.wrong key pressing might be the cause.
There after the "font size " of every appliction in the pc have enlarged automatically causing limited content display in any window at perticular time.
I tried to change the system font settings but the drop down list for the font size is disabled.so i can not change the font size. Is there any way to do this?
(i've administrator login)
