I receive the above error in a specific instance and I was
wondering if someone could help me out.
Using FP 2002 sp1, I created a custom theme on an XP
workstation and applied it to my site. I created the
custom theme so I could have certain buttons on my
navigation bar.
Anyway, on that machine, I can edit any page I want.
However, on my home computer, which is XP with FP 2002
sp1, I receive the SYSTEM EXCEPTION: ACCESS VIOLATION
error when trying to open a page in FP 2002 that have the
navigation buttons. FP then locks and I'm unable to reopen
it until I do a cold boot.
If I use the first computer to remove the navigation
buttons entirely or just the theme, I can edit any page
while at home.
Thinking that it was because I didn't have the theme
locally at home, I tried it on a third computer (another
XP with FP 2002 sp1) and I could edit every page without
error.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks,
Chad
