System Events not sending emails 1

I have a 9.1.12 with VMP. The VMP sends voice mail emails just fine but I recently engaged System Events with the exact same credentials and I'm not getting emails getting SE.

The monitor have show records waiting then snoozing for 5 mins.

I rebooted and shut down but still having the problem.

A 9.0 I have in service send them just fine. Is they a bug in 9.1.12

You have to configure the SMTP on the system tab in manager for System Events.

Yes thank you. I did program smtp. I have used system events many times in the past.

I thought maybe there was a bug in 9.1 so I had the 9.0 system that I know was working and I upgraded it to 9.1 and it worked just fine.

Something else interesting that I did is I defaulted and reloaded a brand new configuration the same 9.1 and with the brand new configuration it stopped working and I had the same problems that I saw in system monitor. It started working again.

So that tells me there's something in the configuration that I'm overlooking and that it's not a bug do you have any ideas what it might be I've looked at all my configuration options and they all match

Thats strange, have you confirmed the IP Route/gateway is configured?
