Hi Guys

I've been getting this error when i open the Batch
list all batchlist(AP,AR,GL) "System Error.Writedown the message,error and source codes.Exit ACCPAC and windows.Restart and retry the operation.for information,see Appendix A in the system manager User guide"

By way this error occurs only in the Server Guys not in the client PC's.

any one know why its happening like this?

Sage Accpac 5.4A SP2
MS-SQL 2005
Windows 2003 Server

Thank you in advance

Data integrity will show nothing, this is a program problem. First run Workstation setup from Add/Remove programs, then run REGACC.

Thanks for the reply

But its not happening in the client PC it's happening only for the Server

Don't use the Native client driver on version 5.4. Delete your DSN's and recreate them with the classic ODBC driver.

By the way i dumped the database from the server and when i was loading the dumb into testing PC i found this error "
INSERT error=49153,native code=0) message:[Microsoft][SQL Native client]Connection is busy with result for another command"

any idea! it would be appreciated..

Okay.. thanks for your valuable information tuba2007. let me check and i will try to uninstall that. i hope if i run Regacc and see the issue may be resolve hopefully("System Error.Writedown the message,error and source codes.Exit ACCPAC and windows.Restart and retry the operation.for information,see Appendix A in the system manager User guide"
)

Thanks tuba2007..issue has been resolved actually accpac creates its own DSN. databaset up we simmply type the server name i just create one ODBC as you said and linked it and i am using that DSN now its perfect that error hasnt come.
