Purchasing Workflow v61 (2012)

After one of the users submited a requisition to another (CMACANE) this one can't find de document on the approval console for approval and when I click on the referesh bottom the system says "System error. Write down the message, error and source codes. Exit Sage 300 ERP and Windows. Restart and retry the operation".

Can you please assist?
