system error type 41....help!!

Mac OS9.

I just can't do anything with this message "Sorry, a system error occured. Error type 41".

I pressed "restart" in the message window, and nothing happened. Pressed restart with "option" and apple simbol keys, and nothing happened. What I see is the same message keeps coming back again and again. Please help!!!!!!! What can I do now?

as a guess, some program needs a larger reccomended size, is this mac OS 9 or earlier? I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
