system error - module not found (after install)

Hi Guys,

We have an app which, after a minor update, we've redistributed to users.

A Swiss guy (who himself hadn't had the previous version installed that I'm aware of) installs the software fine but on running gets the following error message:

System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). Module can't be found.

He's got win 2k/Office 2k and we've tested here on win 2k/XP and Office 2k/XP OK. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the cause/solution is ?
