This is a new one on me never had this happen. I check through your Sys.ini file and compared it with two of the machines along side of me. they are almost Identical. All the critical keyboard drivers and dll files in the ini are correct. The only other things I can think of is either a corrupt registry entry or a minor fault in the keyboard or controller chip.
