System Error in Call Transfer Block Application Builder

Hello

We have a bizzare fault with one of our applications.
When you dial our auto attendant and wait for the operator what will happen is the call will transfer ring once then the call will be dropped.
On CallPilot the error code 55741 is displayed and it says that there is a system error in the call transfer block in application builder.
Any ideas? As this is the only application we seem to have problems with and our other applications are built the same with the same default blocks but this one is causing us grief.

It sounds as though you have a corrupted application. Try deleting that call transfer block and saving the application under another name, then add the block back in, save and test. Make certain you are making changes with the latest version only of the App Builder. You can run into problems if someone edits and application with an older version of the App Builder, even if it was originally built with the newer version.
