System Error encountered after print job for A/R Posting journal sent

Hi!

We had encountered a system error msg. "System Error Call to GetDbDrvrID failed [1000]."

This has happened after we had called up A/R Posting Journals for printing. After the print job was sent to the printer, the print preview screen was closed and this error message popped up. However, the print job was not disrupted. What could be the possible cause for this and is there anyway to rectify it? Thank you very much! ^_^
