System error. Cannot verify user information

i had this problem and i have tried resolving it in the following ways but in vain please help
i have Run the Accpac Scan ISAM utility on all ISAM files. no file is corrupt

1. Renamed the existing SITE folder before restoring the backup
2. Restored SITE folder
please help

problem sorted thanks though,But this is the third time this problem is occuring is their a permanent solution

Nobody else is having this problem, so there's no permanent solution. It sounds like a network problem, or some other software interfering, like backup or antivirus.

Make sure that Opportunistic Locking is off.
