System Drops Calls(SX200)

I have a SX200 with Mitel Mail.
When I call into this system the voicemail answers
and during the greeting the call is disconnected.

I then reboot voicemail and can call into the voicemail from extensions but when calling from external the calls are dropped.

I changed the line card(even the slot)but got the same
results.I also changed the Bay Control.

I switched that voicemail with another with the same results.

The lines are testing ok.

Any help will be appriciated.
 
I would look at the tenant restrictions in form 5. If you make the trunks the same tenant as the extensions can you then call in and connect, if you can that is the problem.
If this is not the solutions are the trunks DID?
 
What I disconnected the vm from one ups and into another
this cleared the problem.Apppears the vm was picking up
noise from the ups.

What type of phone lines do you have?

Do you have the phone lines APPEARING on any phone?

How many phone lines are there?

How often does the VM hangup (1-10 calls out of 10)?

How long has this been going on?

Have you replaced the line card?

If these are LS/GS trunks, I would place a CO LINE APPEARANCE on a phone. I would watch the call come in and the VM answer. If the switch is getting DS (Disconnect Supervision) from the CO, you will see the CO LINE APPEARANCE go out before the VM channel goes out (about 1.5 seconds difference). That will point it to a CO line issue.
