Is there a maximum amount of mailboxes you can enter into the list?

I have an octel 250

Also is there a way to schedule the delivery so that it goes out at like midnite and doesn't tie up all of my ports??

For a type 6 mailbox (System Distribution List), you can have up to 300 entries. However, you can also have other distribution lists contained in the main list allowing you to have even more mailboxes. The only limitation is you can't go more then one level deep. This prevents loops (like list 300 goes to 301, which also contains an entry for 300).

As for sending the message later, I believe you can do that with a distribution list. After recording the message and selecting the destination, listen to the list of delivery options. One of them is future delivery.
