I know that there is a 300 mailbox limit on a Distribution list. However, I created another distribution list to add to the main distribution list to trick the system. When I go to add the new distribution to the exitisting one, I get this error "Other group lists point the this System Distrburion List". What does this mean and how do I work around it?

In the new list do you have a list inside of it? Or it could be that the list you are trying to add is already in a list.

OK what this means is that the list you are trying to add the list to is already a member of a different distribution list.
I.E. you are adding 1200 to list 1100 and 1100 is already inside of list 1000.

The only way to find it is to run a report on all lists to see where it is and then you can nest the lists in the top level list.
