there is no hard maximum for directory size. it all depends on how large the other entrys are. ther is a maiumum size for total CFG which varies with they size of the system unit

The Directory is limited to 1000 entries. This is detailed in the IP Office Product Description. The LDAP is limited to 500 entries.
