Is it possible in Access to use conditional formatting with expression that used AssignedDate (one of my field) = systemDate minus 5 days. So example would be, today is 8/6, my assignedDate will be today's date minus 5 days.

Anyone know the correct formula?

Provided you have no time value in the date, field, the expression is:
[AssignedDate]=Date()-5

Hope This Helps, PH.

I will have value in the date field.
Example, I have the following date field;

John AssignedDate - 7/1/07
Mary AssignedDate - 5/7/07
Kirk AssignedDate - 8/5/07

So my expression for my conditional formatting will highlight Krik because his assignedDate is within today's date minu 5.

Would I still use this expression? [AssignedDate]=Date()-5 ??

The expression is:
Date()-[AssignedDate] Between 0 And 5

Hope This Helps, PH.
