system crashed when trying to void payment. 1

I was in the middle of voiding a payment when my system crashed. Now when I go into transactions-sales-posted transactions (I am at the Receivables Posted Transactions Maintenance screen) and try to void the payment I get the following message: Unable to void this document.

Is there a flag in one of the tables that I need to change?

Try reconciling the sales document under Sales Document Utilities. Then maybe try checklinks.
