System Commander removal from Win98 Problem

One of my recent workstation Win95 to Win98 upgrades forced me to uninstall System Commander Deluxe Ver. 4.0, as it would not otherwise allow me to temporarily disable it. Of course, it did not restore my MBR to the original WIN95, so now I have this remnant boot menu asking for the user to press O,1,2 or 3 to boot. Any ideas on how to repair the MBR Boot Record?

Boot with any windows startup disk, and then at the c:\prompt type: fdisk /mbr
