Hello gents and Ladies

Im the second line support in a company.Ive been appointed 4 months ago.

Can you help me with a list of checks that I can conduct on my system and tips to improve my system performance..i.e deleting log file etc that take up space..

Any ideas or changes and improvements that I can can bring to enhance my department as far as HPOV is concerned..

At the moment I do support to solve network problems...
