System Checker s/w

I need a pro level system checker for all types of systems, to check all hardware. CD based or FDD based DOS. A FDD based DOS tool would be better!
Suggestions please!

I think it's called Micro2000. Best iv'e seen and it comes with a board you can use if the computer won't boot.
